We highly encourage you to complete this module in Ruby before printing. Doing so will greatly reduce the chances that you will need reimbursements.

Miro is a digital whiteboarding tool that we make available to our community which is a popular and useful resource for digital pin-ups, reviews, planning, collaboration, and more. Everyone in our community has a license reserved for them, but in an effort to ensure we are only paying for true usage, new for fall 2025, everyone will start off with view access. Once you take an action in Miro that requires a license, it will automatically send a request to our team which we will process as soon as possible.

If you have any issues with access, please open a ticket.

For all incoming students, in order to obtain a license for Adobe CC, please order the software for free in the Yale On The Hub store: You will then be able to sign into the software on our systems.

In order to checkout equipment and to begin using our studio laser cutters and Kern laser cutter, be considered for print reimbursements, everyone needs to complete the online modules, which are good for one academic year. (Those who did so during the summer programs do not need to complete them again)
