Melinda Agron

Instructor
Melinda Agron works at the intersection of building design and organizational strategy. Growing up in Miami, Melinda cultivated an early fascination for the impact that coupling good architecture and thoughtful real estate development has on an evolving city landscape. That lifelong interest prompted her to obtain an MBA alongside a graduate architecture degree and has influenced her current work across multi-family, mixed-use, and large-scale commercial projects. She is also involved in development planning and its intersection with higher education. As a principal at Newman Architects in New Haven she combines architectural design and business thinking to lead strategic efforts that seek to optimize organization, efficiency, and operations.
