Elizabeth Graziolo
Elizabeth Graziolo is the award-winning founder and principal of Yellow House Architects, a collaborative-minded practice based in New York City and Miami specializing in residential and commercial work. She has directed projects ranging from private homes to developments in the United States and abroad. Recent projects include townhouses and a mixed-use condominium on New York City’s Upper East Side, private estates in the Midwest and Palm Beach, model units in world-renowned One Wall Street, a house renovation in Turks and Caicos, and the design of an entire agriculture-focused neighborhood in Georgia.
A trustee of The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, The Museum of the City of New York, and The Olana Partnership, Elizabeth also serves on the Delano & Aldrich/Emerson Fellowship Committee of the American Institute of Architects. She has spoken at international conferences for distinguished institutions such as L’ARDEPA, The American Academy in Rome, and the ICAA, and you can often find her at events helping to inspire the next generation of women architects.
Elizabeth is an ADPro, currently among Architectural Digest’s AD100 —and every year since they profiled her as “One to Watch” in 2021, and one of Forbes’ top residential architects in America. She has contributed to articles for Architectural Digest, The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, Traditional Building, and Veranda. Elizabeth has been honored with The Museum of the City of New York “City of Design Award” and the prestigious Cooper Union President’s Citation in Architecture. Elizabeth is a longstanding member of the American Institute of Architects.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union. She is a registered architect in New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, and Iowa.
