Antonia Devine

Lecturer

Antonia Devine, AIA, LEED AP is the Senior Director of Planning & Development at Tishman Speyer where she works across planning, design and development on mixed-use, residential and hospitality projects including the redevelopment of Rockefeller Center. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Antonia was the Senior Director of Design & Development at JDS Development Group, a real estate development and construction firm in New York and South Florida. There, she led design from planning through construction for landmark residential projects including the American Copper Buildings, The Fitzroy, 111 West 57th Street, and The Brooklyn Tower in New York City, as well as 888 Brickell Dolce & Gabbana and Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami.

Antonia has worked as an architectural designer at TenBerke and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in New York, London and Hong Kong. In 2022, she convened the Yale symposium What Works: The Planning and Development Legacy of Alexander Garvin. She was the Spring 2025 Edward P. Bass Distinguished Visiting Architecture Fellow. Antonia has guest lectured at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and Columbia University’s GSAPP. She is on the board of Tools & Tiaras, a non-profit organization that introduces girls to STEM, architecture, and the construction trades through workshops and summer camp. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
